The nervous system training was SO valuable!! It made me realize I’ve been switching between fight and flight states for a veryyy long time — and realizing it’s my system’s way of protecting me (and that I’m not just a micromanaging mess, lol) has helped me be so much easier on myself. Now in those moments I lean into one of my tools and remind myself: I am safe, and I can trust my intuition to take ALIGNED action, instead of just going through the motions of routines that no longer serve me. Game changing for everyday life.
