All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our offerings (including coaching, trainings, memberships, and resources), no refunds will be issued. Payment is required in full (or via approved payment plan) to access the content or services purchased. If you’re on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you choose not to use the service/product in full.

2. Coaching & Support:

Any coaching, mentorship, or guidance provided through Big Energy Co. is for educational and informational purposes only and is not to be considered medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own results, actions, and decisions.

3. Intellectual Property:

All content, frameworks, workbooks, downloads, and trainings provided through Big Energy Co. are owned by us and protected under intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, share, or redistribute any materials without express written permission.

4. Confidentiality:

We value your privacy. Any personal details or sensitive information shared during coaching or private containers will remain confidential.

5. Data Storage & Privacy:

By purchasing, you consent to your information being securely stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold or misused. We follow best practices to keep everything safe, secure, and respectful.

6. Results Disclaimer:

While we’re here to help you expand, elevate, and evolve, your results depend on your effort, energy, and alignment. We make no guarantees — only opportunities.

7. Community & Vibes:

We reserve the right to remove anyone from our containers (paid or free) if behavior is harmful, disrespectful, or out of alignment with our values. Big Energy only.
